CREATING A CONSISTENT MESSAGE TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT ACROSS MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND PLATFORMS
When starting at Ohio University Campus Recreation, our large team struggled to create consistent messaging across departments. To ensure alignment, I developed core messaging for our mission, vision, and value. This informed our visual identity and strategic marketing plan. By rolling out a consistent message to the department stakeholders, I ensured the content our Marketing Managers, Social Media Leads, and Designers created was aligned.
